So essentially the width of the blade is irrelevant then? It all boils down to what height you want the plunge to be (or the bevel to stop)?
So in my prevoius example I could mark my center line, and grind lines on either side. Then set the jig at 9 degrees and grind until I hit my marks. Seems almost too simpe to work out exact like that
