First up is one of my mini cleavers in Aeb-l and micarta with black g10 liners.

Next is one of my harpoon hunters but I ended up trying a Japanese style wrap on it to prepare my skills to wrap the Wakizashi type short sword I'm working on.

The wrap is harder to do then I thought and by no means is it the best job. You need like 3 hands to do it!

Really like them both! Outstanding knives! The handle shape of the mini cleaver looks like it would be super comfortable to use. The finish on the micarta is awesome. Can you describe your finish process for it? What final grit is it sanded to? Any special process? Thanks!!

I was interested in the finish also. Ya think that is an acid finish or stonewashed also?

No special finish on the micarta, I think I took it to 400 grit finish...but maybe a 200 grit. Clean pulls hand sanded.
