I believe the pivots for that CCC BM42 are 5/32". Knifekits.com sells them. Did you strip the pivots that came with the bali or do they just loosen up after you flip it a bit. If they are not stripped have you tried a bit of loc-tite on them? Also, if not stripped make sure you heat the pivots...

Thanks for taking the time to post this great tutorial. Learned a lot here. Do you hand hammer the tang pins in? If you hand hammer them how do you make sure they go in straight? I've done it this way a few times and every now & then they are slighty crooked.
