Man, Ernie's stencils were the best! I've had luck with Stencil Revolution. They can usually work from a digital file, so you might be able to send them your logo.

I've never heard of that steel before, but those specs sound pretty interesting. High manganese steels are usually tough, so Rc62-64 after that heat treat makes sense.
