These are really nice.

I'm thinking that, volume wise, this is the most efficient use of sharpened steel I've ever seen. Looks totally comfortable, user friendly, and like it will last a life time.

This is a blade that a coworker wanted done. Aldo's 1084. Hot vinegar with coffee grounds, steel wool, about three times. sanded to 320 grit before quench then re-sanded to four hundred grit.
