Well the more "stuff I buy" to assemble this the more I realize that I may only save a couple hundred dollars over buying a KMG! The only "advantage" is you can spread the purchases over time. I'll let you know as things progress.
But I'm pretty sure that if I started out with what I needed, drill bits, taps, hardware, etc., I could have finished the basic assembly in a day.
Famous last words, we'll see how much I get done tonight.
