Steve and others, I think in this particular situation no need to worry because the dvd is too scratched up even after a "buffing" on one of the dvd scratch remover machines. It is basically junk the way it sits, and I didn't even get to watch it :(
Just got it the other day but it is a bit scratched up so I am going to have to track down one of the disc cleaner things and get it buffed. Should be able to pass it on shortly after i get it cleaned.
Any chance of getting a picture of the back of the setup? I searched for the quick release clamp and still am having a hard time visualizing the mounting setup.

I am trying to tell if some leather I just got is veg tanned or not. I got it with some leather tools I bought.
Reasearch on the internet makes me think it is veg tanned because it is the very thick tooling type of leather. The guy had cut some of it into belt blanks. It is thick prob 8-9...
