Mid-America Bladesmithing Symposium

Well, I decided to go, not sure if I will be there all 4 days or not, but I paid for my registration on the ABS site today. Got a bunch of work to do to get some knives done for the show on Saturday!
 
Wow...wish I could go. Just hearing two sessions of kevin Cashen teaching heat treating would be worth it!
 
So I saw a message from Cindy Sheely on the ABS forums today and she said that there were 81 people pre-registered. Should be an awesome hammer-in. If anyone else is close, make the trip to Troy :)
 
Just finishing up some last minute details for the event. I have prepared a new Powerpoint on heat treatment that keeps things as simple as possible, while still explaining things quite thoroughly, and I have two blades made up for the shop demonstrations.
 
Shoot. Going to have to rearrange what sessions I'm going to attend then. The schedule doesn't list them as part 1 and part 2 like some of the other sessions.

Was really hoping to hit the Blade Forging demo by Greg Neely on Friday morning and your demo on Saturday.
