Easy website builder?

Most hosting sites allow WordPress. It's pretty easy since you can use templates and do modifications. It also allow for custom plugins. There are many free plugins that allow a lot of features.
 
a second for using wordpress. Most web hosts support it, it's easy to use (no coding knowledge needed), lots of plugins for galleries, contact forms, shopping carts, etc. There are also lots of free templates to use to get the look you want for your site.
 
I use wix.com. Not only do they have a user friendly website builder, they also have a built in store front where you can sell your stuff. If you do choose to use them just don't use their merchant services to sell you knives, they will block the payment. For that I use square and paypal and never mention the words "knife" or "damascus" or "ivory". The like to associate damascus with the city and ivory with elephants
