Thanks you, The steel is 5160 it is a forged blade about 9.5 in. in length, the handle is sea cow bone, the fittings are 416 file worked stainless with pins inserted into the ferrule that attach to the handle.

I am very excited to have on of my knives pictured in an article by Ed Fowler in this months BLADE magazine. It is the first time any of my work has been in any publication. Once again thanks to all of you who welcomed me to this great site.
