    Logo marking help needed!

I forgot to mention. I apply Windex to both sides of the stencil. Make sure the blade is clean of oils and fingerprints before you etch. You might want to etch the blade prior to the acid washed and tumbled finish. I have had better luck. Just go a touch deeper on the etch setting Sent...

    Logo marking help needed!

Use the etch cycle first. Try 6 to 8 touches to the steel. You need to remove the metal before you try to darken it with the mark setting. Try the same sequence for the mark setting to darken the mark after etching. You want your pad moist, not wet. Some steels etch differently. Carbon...

    Bottom of Kbac box connections?

Like stayed above, you need cord grips. Either 1/2 or 3/4 NPT . They will need conduit lock nuts if the VFD isn't threaded. Cut a piece off of each cord so you can match the size. Remember Justin, I'm a Master Electrician by trade. I'll help you out with any of your wiring issues. Sent...

    Forged Hunter with Buckeye Burl

So clean and functional. I love all the small details that pull it all together. I can see this in a small leather cross draw sheath worn about 10 o clock. It would make a dandy edc knife. Well done Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk

    Camp knife thickness?

I think most use too thick of steel these days. You only need the weight when chopping. I've built a few competition cutters and I learned a lot about edge geometry, slicing abilities, grind and edge thickness. Testing is the only way to figure it out. Go for it and make your own opinion...

    Vanishing plunge lines?

Sounds like your using the wrong sanding stick with the wrong backing. You need a piece of hardened precision ground steel to get truly flat, crisp sanded flats and bevels. Not sure how your going about it, but technique and sanding stick makes the difference Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk

    154 cm

Depends on if you need it flexible or stiff. The thickness and grind will really affect the end result. Really need more details Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk
