I have similar issues with my pos grinder... It's frustrating but they make nice gifts. ☺️ most folks are happy to get a knife and don't see the imperfections.

I'm trying to get enough knives ground to send out for heat treatment. I had a bar of 1/8" 1095 that was calling me. I ground out a couple drop point hunters today. I'm still trying to find a a handle shape I really like... It will come.
