If you don't already doit, try wet forming the sheth around the knife and make the sheath tight to start with and let the wet leather stretch some to fit snug around the sheath.

I have sent leather washers to K&G and had them stabalized they work great and don't swell or shrink. They polish out great also. Cheap to do and worth every penny Percy
