    Lets see um

Why Shore!! I'd be Glad to!! The Bowie is handled with Ironwood, and the "Nessie" is handled with stabilized Buckeye Burl. The Larger Bowie is a "Kit Knife" all I did was put the handles on it. The other two are O-1 Steel and are far from perfect!! But Right Now.... I'm proud of 'em, even if...

    "Borrowed" photographs

Jim I think you may have misunderstood what I was talking about. You see, I was asking on another Forum about knives with historical Provenance. "Borrowed" photographs

OK when I have posted the picture Of the Cephas Ham Bowie, I said that it was "on display at the Alamo" . Would that Count as giving Proper credit? I'm really concerned about that picture being posted now. I think I should probably remove it. Does anyone think that would be well advised, or...

    "Borrowed" photographs

Okay I have a question now. I copy pictures of knives all the time just to look at and study. I will some times try and draw what I like about them, and believe me, I'm no artist - it's a struggle to draw something even close. Case in point. I am really interested in the Cephas Ham bowie...

    KnifeDogs Charity Build off

Boss Dog, I'm just a member and nobody but a wannabe knife Maker. But I really like Josh Dabney's Idea: Quite frankly, there will be funds going out, but only limited funds coming in. It would be very possible to see these funds depleted fairly quick if situations happen fairly close...

    Question on Handle size

Okay my wife wants me to make her a personal knife. The thing is, is that she has small hands. I want to make her a knife hat "Fits" her. Do any of you have any "formula" for determining the appropriate size handle?? Her hand measures 3 1/2" across x 6 1/4" from her wrist to fingertip of her...
