I haven't tried to sell at a show yet, but have been to plenty of craft fairs and gun shows. In general (even myself) people go to gun shows to spend as little as possible. And Scott is dead on about the dealers with commercial knives. Usually by the BUCKET load for about $6 each. Sad sad...

Here's my very limited take on it... A full convex grind is going to be like an axe grind. Going all the way to a zero edge every time, no secondary bevel for sharpening. SUPER stout and very sharp, but once it dulls, you have to regrind to put on a fresh edge. A flat grind with convex edge...

I like my edges around 0.020" before sharpening, and I will free-hand sharpen a convex edge on the belt grinder (slack section). Not real sure what the angle comes out to be... Starting with 100x Norax (about 220g), then 65x (about 400g) and finally either 15x or 5x (very high grit, not sure...
