    What abrasives are you guys using on your disc grinder

    I have been using Blaze 60 and 120 grit PSA discs to get everything flat, then I use Norton Black Ice 220 and 440 to finish everything. For adheasive, I have been using the feathering adheasive Tracy sells and it works great ( After I finally read the directions.) -John

    That sucks. Sounds like something is wrong for sure. If the edge got too hot grinding, the temper could have be ruined, but the rest of the blade would test OK. Does the edge seem too thin? I've made several knives with that stee l and never had any trouble. -John

    No sealer needed. They just need to be tight. Keep them clean and a little oil on them and you should be fine. -John
