    I like it too. It hand finishes well and grinds pretty easy. Much easier than S30V and 3V. Holds a good edge too. Get some. I am using it instead of CPM 154. -John

    CPM154? She failed the brass rod test.

    You don't need to hold it for 50 min. 25 min should be fine. I temper at 500F for 2hrs X 2. Stainless steels do not act like carbon steels. -John
