    Washer Question

    It is my understanding that PB washers do not give the maker any leeway whatsoever, whereas the Nylon/Nylatron do give you a little. I don't mean to infer that those who do not use PB are not good makers, because that is not the case. I think it comes down maker preference. -John

    Contact wheel outside edge radius?

    I just did it mysef. Mine is about and 1/8". I have "adjusted" it a little to even each side out a little. I've heard of some makers using a very sharp chisel to do it, just using the edge. -John
