I have to say that I really like Denny's design mostly for reasons he has already stated and the 4" blade length is an overall plus I think. I don't really see the need for a guard with the profile of the handle being what it is, as Denny said it could get in the way. Think of a soldier with all...
:biggrin:Boy, we wish that Randy guy would stop posting his knives all the time!
We never get tired of seeing your work Randy, it's always fantastic and inspires the rest of us. Keep up the good work!

Erik,
Great knife! The damascus looks awesome, the maple is super nice. Very nice looking shape too, someone will be a proud owner of this combo.
Bruce
This one turned out great Keith with the Damascus, CF, and copper. Nice job on the damascus by Clint too. This would look nice with stainless bolsters too I think.
Damascus, file work, and stag you can't go wrong with that combo. Looks like some recon turquoise which is a nice touch. If you want a big knife Mike is the man, I have always like his flair with big bowies and such. Thanks for sharing.
Bruce
I like the look with the orange bolster and the OD green scale, the curve where they mate is fine and I think it would look nice with a straight line also. I like the overall blade/handle shapes on all three knives. I think you have a great springboard with these and these knives will get better...
Randy,
Love the rustic look of this one. I bet it's a blast throwing one of those, I would probably need an extra handle or two if I were throwing.
Can't wait to see more.
Bruce
Calvin,
That's a slick rig there, looks like it has an attitude. I wouldn't want to be the bad guy on the pointy end of that thing. Thanks for sharing!
