Nice! The spalted maple looks awesome.

My first attempts at Loveless small wilderness. One with cocobolo, the other with ironwood and stainless bolsters. I had never done double hollow grinds before, though they aren't perfect, I'm very happy with how they turned out. Thanks for looking!

Very nice. Sometimes just looking at them isn't enough, sooner or later you have to cut / chop something with them. :)

Welcome! If your like me, those other interests will be put on the back burner when the knife making bug bites. I have a strip wood kayak in my shop that I started making many years ago that Serves as work bench for knife making now. Several rc planes hanging from the ceiling that have'nt flown...

Interesting leather finish....reminded me of dinged up copper. I like it! Ditto that J. Rosa, on the leather looking better than kydex.

David, I have zero experience with that steel, so I can't add to what Mr. Doyle, and Mr. Caffrey have said. But I can tell you that these two guys give good advice, and know what they are talking about.
