    What oil do you use?

I just bought some KPL. Haven't used it yet. I've used Break-Free CLP on other stuff. I'm pretty sure that would work, too.

    Finally bought one!

I have a Benchmade and quite a few Spydercos. I must admit that, when it comes to knives and tequila, the story is important, and I really admire the Spyderco story. It's the best version of American entrepreneurship, and Sal Glesser is someone whom Benjamin Franklin would recognize and...

    Let's talk EDC...

Primary: Spyderco Police 4 in VG-10 or Spyderco Endura 4 K390 Backup: I haven't decided on one yet. Maybe a Spyderco Delica 4 in 20cv. I rarely use a knife when I'm out and about, so I carry just for fun. Note: What's a firearm? I'm in California.

    Need a knife for corrosion

The Spyderco Caribbean is an excellent choice. LC200N steel is as rustproof as it gets, the scales are G-10 and the liners are stainless steel. The Caribbean is well-built and comes in a plain blade and a serrated blade. Your money will be well-spent. Note: I do not own a Caribbean, but I own a...

    More Money Than Sense.

@jmforge But let's remember that Rothko only "offed himself" after 25 years of making some of the most astounding pictures of the 20th Century. I think they are pictures that a knife maker could appreciate because of the craft that went into them. As for Banksy, he can't die soon enough. Just...

    More Money Than Sense.

I like Mark Rothko, and I consider Banksy a lightweight. Banksy's good for millennials, who are also lightweights. But, let's not forget, I'm just some guy shooting his mouth off on the Internet. ;)

    More Money Than Sense.

I think it was only half shredded, and I would agree that the value of the artwork is, if anything, greater because the meaning of the piece has to do with the commoditization of art, not with a girl and a balloon. As for the knife in the OP, I don't know what the point is there. :D

    Handle Work

@Freds Edge Great looking knife (from what I can see). :)

Yeah, that's a tad pricey. Unless it has a name and somebody pulled it out of a stone.

    Spyderco Tenacious Custom Scale Ultralight

Very handsome job, Doug. :) What kind of wood and how is it treated?

    I have to brag!

As Muhammad Ali once said, "It ain't braggin' if you can do it." Nice work.

    2021 KITH???

I'm not a knife maker. I can barely make a sandwich. My job here is to sit quietly on the sidelines and learn from you guys. :)
