Here's the handle I use for grinding. It's just a piece of G10 with a section cut out and a pivot screw fitted.

What is the general feeling from a Buy/sell perspective with regards to Bohler N690? I've worked with N690 for a long time, and have had consistent good results. The question though is, is this what the buyers want or should I rather use the more expensive M390, RWL34, Dama.....and so on..?
