    Etching stencils

    I'm in desperate need of new etching stencils. I need to etch batches of about a 1000 blades at a time, and the stencils that are available locally in South Africa don't last for more than about 10 cycles. Can anyone please assist me?

    "My very first knife" - post up!

    Here's my first knife. Used an old wood chipper blade. The only machine that came close to this knife was my hand drill to make the holes for the rivets. The rest was hacksaw, file and water paper, and a lot of sweat.
