I buy my epoxy in volume so rather then fight two larger bottles I put some of each into separate baby food jars and then use syringes from the pharmacy (free at mine if i ask) to suck each part of epoxy out.     One I did awhile back thought I would show folks. 4 inch W2 forged blade Sambar handle 416 SS stacked guard and filed end cap Basket stamped sheath that turned out ALOT darker then I intended but customer was happy none the less.

    How long to forge a blade?

    Takes me about same amount or time as Ed. I am kinda particular about taper and flats and like to planish out hammer tracks if any and use flatters to make everything as true as possible which saves massive time and belt at the grinder.
