OK, looks like the polarity was the big issue. Here is a practice etch just using an electrical tape stencil. I still need to figure out more exact etch times and intervals... this one was 8 intervals of 10 seconds each on the etch (DC) and 5 intervals of 10 seconds each to blacken (AC). I...
