    Thats awesome Mikey! Its a awesome feeling to be able to share something with your kids that you have a passion for. My oldest daughter is 8 and we are going after a turkey this spring with her calling and me shooting. A first for both of us. Cant wait to see the finished knife.

    I like mine just off the grill with lots of salt. I think most of the bucks here in Illinois average 170 to 190 field dressed with larger ones in the 200 to 250 range. Take care and good luck with them turkeys.

    Slippie Pivot Question.....HELP!

    The one we did at the hammer inn was just the liners a waterjet cut blade and spring that will need to be heat treated. They do not come with the pins or directions. If you need directions i would suggest slipjoints my way by Don Robinson.
