well that would make sense, two of the 40grit belts i have i am just using for profiling since they are very worn out seem to track pretty straight, a brand new one is murder to try and use if the next batch you ordered worked okay i may try them again, i like how long they last

I recently got some 40grit and 80grit 3M 967F yellow belts, while i have been happy with how long they last for some reason they have a horrible wobble on my Bader Grinder. On my flat platen i cannot get them to ride straight now matter how much i change the tension or anything and the wobble...

Flats are a lot better after listening to you all. I will post some pics of the new field/tactical line whenever i get decided for sure on the finished product. so far the j-flex belts are working fine for the flats up to 220 grit which is where i need to take them to be able to bead blast...

Well I picked up two different bi metal hole saws from lowes tonight. Problem now is that I already have a 3/4" hole in the handle and the pilot bit on the new hole saw has nothing to bite on so the whole thing just wobbles all to hell when I try to cut the 1" hole !! I guess I can start over...
