Im needing to drill what i would guess would be anywhere from 1" to 1 1/2" wide hole for the finger loop on a krambit knife and i am lost as to where to get a bit this big or what would be the proper way to do this and then have comfortable rounded off edges. any ideas ???? thanks steve

Thanks guys, the cerakote is actually the easiest route for me to go and since they bake it at such a low temp i guess it wont mess with the temper. besides the cutting edge there wont be any other hard edges on the knife, i round it all off.
