Just a couple I finished up:

I have to order some counter bores now and I know I want to get but I'm not sure what counter bore to get for the 2-56(I think) screws that I'm using what should I get for those?

That's pretty much how I feel about them! The bottom one in definitely going to be a highly contoured handle.(with a clip grind) Yeah, I make pens every now and then. They make for nice gifts and such.

Mr.Doyle know's his stuff! I think here, extra effort in prevention is much better than A LOT of effort in fixing it.

I have days like you describe often. I think I get a really romantic few of how great it is in other people's shop because people rarely show when things go bad so we only see the good things and there just SO many people showing awesome stuff it makes me feel like I have to keep up with...
