Hey guys, im curious on what others are doing to protect themselves in regards to product liability. Since the tools we make can be quite sharp and cause a lot of damage im wondering what people are doing to cover any sort of liability law suites that may come from those using your tools.

Aint that the truth! Ive got the g0704 myself and have much more than the cost of the mill itself in vices, end mills, bits, DRO, parallels, various measuring tools etc.

Ive got the 704 as well and am very happy with it. Id love to have a bigger one but since my shop is in my basement I needed something I could get downstairs and ideally run off 110v power. Be prepared to spend a lot of money on accessories, they ultimately will end up costing more than the mill...

Im not a machinists per se but have had my mill for a while. The first thing your going to want to do is give it a thorough cleaning, all the ways etc. Then get some good way oil so you can lube it back up.
