Hope this is ok to post here, I just received some wood blocks from Larry Shaughnessy he has his own forum on knife dogs. Great blocks and great guy to deal with. Guys like him are what make this a great place.

I'm still looking into it, but I was emailed a link for a 60 dollar device and an application for Ipads and Itouch devices that will scan credit cards. I'm hoping that it will also process cards if I type the number in, example a customer calls me from states away and reads me his card number...

It was great meeting Jason Fry, Chad Cunningham, and Stan Buzek. I got to meet alot of others, but these knifedogs got to hang out and chat a bit.

I bought my KMG for the exact reason you are thinking about it. My time was limited so I bought instead of building. That said I bought the platen attatchment at first, then an 8" wheel, and then eventually a 14" wheel. I love grinding my slip joint blades on my 14" wheel. If you upgrade I'd go...
