    That is a super looking machine and I don't mean because it's painted yellow. I'm sure it will work terrific for you for flat grinding. There can be a big draw back if you can't mount a 8"+ wheel on there. Frank

    Thicker leather is in fact fairly easy to work if you have a belt sander of some sort.I believe for leather handles some thin CA glue can be a great thing to help the leather pieces keep their size. Frank
