    One part ferric chloride to say 3 parts of water. If a blade hang on a hook so all surfaces have contact . I figure on 12 minutes but check after 7 or 8 minutes. Use your finger nail. Can you feel the ridges? If not go longer and check again. areas you do't want to etch like the path the detent...
