My Boss is a dealer for two different brands of pellet grills. They are awesome, I have never been a fan of propane. I have always loves using real wood/charcoal. The food off these tastes great and are easier than charcoal. I am getting one very soon!!

Thats what I need here. I am in the search for an anvil and Have not been able to find anything but old crappy ones that seem high priced, selling as antiques. I might have to resort to a 55lb harbor freight anvil.

Well, Today the knife cut up some eggs, cut up ham, cut up a turkey, and still shaves :) I will get more tests done next weekend. Thanks again Boss for letting me try this steel out, If you got anymore I would be happy to test more :)

So Jet Dry and Dish soap? I have a lot of stuff to do before I get to forge but hopefully I can get stuff together. Once my grinder is done I will start the construction of my forge and burner, then I will just have to find an anvil.

I have been finding a lot of good deals on kbid but being away all week I cannot pick the stuff up :(
