    Some Buck collectibles

Thanks, Charlie! All 3 of my Chischilly Bucks have an RC on the right side of the blade. The one that was also worked on by Ghostown of Richard's has the RC on the right side of the blade also but it is smaller.

    Some Buck collectibles

Here's some Buck knives (110's, 112's, 532's. and a 500) that have been customized by Ghostown, Yellowhorse and Richard Chischilly. I don't know who made the mini but Ghostown customized it. :1: The 500 has handle inserts by Rich Chischilly and engraving, filework & jewelling by Ghostown...

    Tinnitus

I went to my dentist's office just to take a pic of the sign on his outside door about checking tinnitus... the sign is gone and I may have to go looking for a 'new' dentist. I think he may have up & retired on me! :les: I was about age 40 when I had the 2 wisdom teeth pulled and the tinnitus...

    Tinnitus

I'm not saying having the wisdom teeth removed will definitely help your tinnitus... it seemed to work for me though. I'll have to take a picture of the sign my dentist put on his door years after I had my wisdom teeth removed. I found it interesting. How about you Stabber... still have your...

    Tinnitus

Calvin... out of curiosity, do you still have your wisdom teeth? I had tinnitus years ago. It disappeared after I had my 2 upper wisdom teeth removed even though the dentist said it wouldn't help.

    Serious Questions for Collectors

All I can tell you Cathy is that I became hooked on the Buck 110, 112, 532, 500 mainly because of the quality of the knife (made in the USA) and abundance and variety craftsman offered. Buck has a big following as does Spyderco and Case. I bought many of my customized knives on e-bay just...

Is your collection worth more this year than last?

Is your collection worth more this year than last? I haven't the foggiest idea! :les: Oh I guess it is worth more because I bought a few more knives in 2011. My advice... collect what you collect for the pure enjoyment of it.

    Any updates on Miss Tilly?

Latest knife added to the collection

A "Liberty & Union" reproduction made in Japan... it must be a phase I'm going through. These type of knives are 'catching my eye' and the price seemed right. 9 7/8" open; 5 3/4" closed; laminated hardwood scales; ornate nickle/silver bolsters; lockback.

Is it wrong to pray for a dog?

If it's wrong to pray for a dog then I am messed up more than I ever thought, Miss_Lora. I've prayed for all of my dogs at one time or another. I agree with Carey Quinn... besides praying for Miss Tilly I'd help her out with a visit to the vet. All the best.

    I can hear again!

It's no fun when you can't hear the birds sing or your dog bark. I remember thinking about having some T-shirts made up with... "I'm not ignoring you... I just don't hear you!" on the back before I got my aids. I hope the new hearing aids are comfortable and allow you to hear what you've been...

That is awesome news! Congratulations Frank! :35: Now I have to go and see if I can find a June issue of Blade.

    Larry D. Brandstetter

I bid on this vintage custom folder by Larry Brandstetter offered on e-bay but knew the bidding would spiral out of my league. I became very interested in his work but have found information and pictures of his handiwork to be very scarce on this deceased knifemaker. I believe he was active...

    Sad but true

Again I'm sorry and apologize. I usually read pet threads and offer my condolences to a recently deceased buddy. Sometimes something 'clicks' in my head and a rhyme happens. I've got a collection of rhyme's I have written... this was just the latest. I'm not good enough to call it poetry...

    Call out for Wildlife Photo's

I live in a built up neighborhood... used to be some woods and farmland but all homes now. I just happened to be looking out the window when this guy landed on the top of the telephone pole on the corner of my property. Grabbed the camera and set it for telephoto and walked out the front door...

    Sad but true

Ah geeze guys I'm sorry! No four-footed friends in my family have passed away! I wrote that rhyme on 3/11/2011 after reading a post on another forum about a man having to put his young dog to sleep due to cancer. Actually I had read his post, took my usual afternoon nap and upon awakening had...

    Sad but true

The words... 'and I cried' got me started on this rhyme about the passing of man's best friend due to cancer.
