Anyone care to share the process of designing the pivot and lock areas on a folder. I have only been seen the one from Ray Rogers. It works for a basic folder but I can always make it work for whats in my head or on paper. thanks ! Dave

I used that same tutorial a long while back to make several slabs of material. I even cut it up and turned pens on a lathe with it. Works like wood ! Dave

I refinished it. Anodized the liners too. Its done now. I aint messing with it anymore !

WOW I didnt think of that ! I have a tumbler with green little triangles as media. Would that give it a more satin look ? wet or dry ? Dave

My sandblaster wouldnt work properly and the media was coarser than i expected. I dont really care for the blosters like that. I am going to sand them down .
