AVG + firefox is a good combo against ad ware and spy ware. Web site building - PostNuke is a cool php program (free) that many web host have available for quick install, it's a good way to build a web site, you can get free theme's or pay a little bit for a nice custom theme.

Since it doesn't affect everyone I'd think it was in the users settings.

I'm pretty sure it's something going with your browser, you have some ad ware or spy ware going. I use Firefox and have never had these problems since I started using it.

I also have hostmonster.com and have never had a problem with them but don't let any hosting company give you a free domain name, buy it yourself. When you sign up with a company offering a free domain name, they own that name and if you want to move on to another company they won't let you take...

The tang won't hold the blade open or closed and it needs a kick to stop the blade from touching the spring in the closed pos.
