    Here are two Knives I just finished. Both have real hard to find wood...Both are 3/32" 1095 Steel. The top Knife has the "Paela" scales (which I love) and the bottom one has the "African Sumac" (A pinkish wood with black stripes, that I really like also)......Both are around 8 3/4" overall...

    Bloodwood and 1095 Skinner

    Hi Y'all....Here's a small skinner and sheath I just made.The little skinner has "Bloodwood" scales and 1/8" 1095 steel. The blade is 3 3/4" to front of scales. Total length of knife is 7 1/8".Thanks for looking!!:) Frank

    Cour de bois type knife with Paela Scales

    Here's one I just finished up.. It's a type styled after "Cour de Bois" (French Fur Traders) Knife. It has "Paela" also known as "Chakte Viga" scales which is a new wood for me and I love it!! The knife blade is 5 1/8" to front of scales. Overall length is 9 1/2"....3/32" 1095 Steel....Made...

    Walnut Skinner

    Robert, on this Walnut, I applied a Lacquer coat and let it dry good. Then used 0000 Steel wool and took part of the shine off and then went to the Buffer and buffed with Pink Scratchless and then waxed using "Briwax"....hope this helps:) Frank

    Canarywood Nessmuk

    Here is my version of the very famous "Nessmuk"...My version is made from Canarywood (this wood is very easy to work with) and 1/8" 1095 steel. The Overall length is 9 3/4",the blade is 5" and the handle is 4 3/4" I forgot again, to put my markers mark..Oh well....Hope y'all like it!!:) Frank

    Crotch Cherry and 1095 Skinner

    Here's another!! Have had a lot of time in the shop lately. Here is a style, I have never made before....Used Kevin's "Crotch Cherry" and 1/8" 1095 steel. The overall length is 7 1/4"...Blade is 3 1/2"....3/16" brass pins...Man, this cherry is hard....Thanks for looking!!:) Frank
