    No That's pretty much how you do it. Just take your time and dont over heat the stencil and you'll be fine. I would never swipe a stencil, you could mess up a detailed stencil by doing that.

    What did you use for a pad? Use something that will burn to make carbon or get black when you use it. like the cotton makeup pads or q-Tips. The sinthetic ones dont work as well for darkening.     was talking to some other makers about a month ago about 416 and how hard it is to find. Not only that but when you find it the size is not what you need. Most said they were starting to use 410, And if you find some 1/8" stock please Get it Boss.

    ewww, I Dont care for the new look, and It takes what seems like forever to me to load the pages. Not my connection (8M down) and its defanately not my PC (quad core with 12G DDr3 ram). Load all other sites as soon as I click on something.

    Mostly for decoration. On fixed.blades they are called an escutcheon, at one time it was for the coat of arms.
