If you drill from the outside in , you won't have that problem , at least I don't when I do it that way.

I agree , this year , the knife of the year honor at Blade will be a tuff one. The CRKT Ripple with a street of around $75 is a sweet folder , and very smooth , with IKBS too !

Replacing the top wheel with a contact wheel would leave you without a tracking adjustment , its just the drawback of a 2 wheel machine , which is why for accessories , small wheel , etc , the 3 wheel is superior.

They are ok clamps for the price , and great to have a few around , but the longest I have had one last is about 6 months before snapping , far from being the best though. I have since switched to the Kant-Twist , now those are indeed GREAT clamps. http://www.clampmfg.com/

Benchmade 755 MPR without a doubt in my opinion , the best production knife I have had the pleasure of handling. Shane did his homework on this one , and BM nailed it. The had some great stuff at the BM booth @ Shot. But the MPR was the bomb. A small folder that didn't feel like a small folder...
