    If your washer is .020" thick then your detent ball should only be .018" sticking out of the liner. Your blade could have sides that are not parallel to each other and your liner and handle halves may not be perfectly flat.

    My mark has name and city because I found out people will find it easier too track down the maker of a knife. I have had many great conversations with some who bought my knives and some who were looking to buy. And they found me because of the city in the mark.

    The screw is countersunk some. Sometimes I leave them a little high because it gives the thumb something to grip when pulling out of the pocket.

    A very good design because the blade design fits the handle. The tanto style is hard to get a good handle to go with it.

    Mark, the bolsters are mosaic damascus by Chad Nichols and was heat blued with a torch. Alex, good to hear from you. The beach is the same as always. I have retired from construction and just make knives. No more pipewelding for me.
