    Brad, Great looking knife! Sorry I hadn't gotten back to you. They have kept me busy this week. I am still down three commissions. Yell at me this week. I'll be in shop. You need to get a good grind on that. I make my tang 1/2 wide for an 1/2 drill. 3'' to 4'' deep on large knife.

    Small Bearing Sets. A friend turned me on to this. McMaster Carr has a small bearing set for 3/16 Pivot Pin. It dimensions are ID is 3/16 x OD 1/2 x 1/16 Thick. You use a 1/2 counterbore with 3/16 Pilot. Part Number: 6655K32

    You need a Reams, Lap Barrels, Drills, Torx drivers, Taps, Tap wrenches. I have my blades, liners and frames waterjetted.

    Dan has it right. Just sand down the pins. Pins holes are not critical on a fix blade. Because your epoxy will fill any extra space. A Knife blank should be harden. So unless you spend 20.00 plus on lapping tools and Barrel Lap the hole, because your only talking about less than a .0001 of...

    Favorite Fixture

    What is your favorite fixture? Mine is my screw plate. I have an 1/8 1095 plate 2'' x 3''. I drilled and tapped small screw holes so I can easily shorten screws for folders. I screw the screws in and grind off the extra.
