David, There is nothing there to patent. It is bearings in a race. It is not unique and it existed long before IKBS. Plus their website says nothing about it being patented or even pending patent. It is the same system used on a lazy susan and bottom bracket on a bicycle. BTW I ordered 300...

You need a Reams, Lap Barrels, Drills, Torx drivers, Taps, Tap wrenches. I have my blades, liners and frames waterjetted.

Dan has it right. Just sand down the pins. Pins holes are not critical on a fix blade. Because your epoxy will fill any extra space. A Knife blank should be harden. So unless you spend 20.00 plus on lapping tools and Barrel Lap the hole, because your only talking about less than a .0001 of...

Stan, Thank you for the advise. I remember barrel lapping from my days working as a machinist. But I don't remember if I did it much. I remember seeing the tools.

What is your favorite fixture? Mine is my screw plate. I have an 1/8 1095 plate 2'' x 3''. I drilled and tapped small screw holes so I can easily shorten screws for folders. I screw the screws in and grind off the extra.
