I have only made a few, but have done them both ways. When using bone I spin the pins. When using wood I will countersink the hole, peen and then grind/sand the pin flush with the handle material. Jim

Is there anyway you move the compressor outside your shop under some type of shelter and pipe in the air? Or sell the gas powered compressor and use the money to buy an electric power compressor. What your doing right now sounds pretty dangerous, you really need to find a solution to this...

I found the attached wiring diagram on another forum and I will probably do something similar. So far this is my build list. I still have some odds and ends to add to the list such as fuse holder, terminal strip, alarm buzzer, etc. I have both controllers I am considering on the list. Still...
