Thinking out of the box WAY OUT

There are a lot of those bags in the block that is holding up my truck. Plastic is rated 1-7. The 1-3's are worth more when recycled. Luckily the less value plastic is better for these blocks and there is a lot more of it.

Thanks Ernie, I will check that out. Josh, Great idea but it may be difficult due to the simplicity the machine needs to maintain and how the blocks are secured with wires. It is possible to compress these into any shape with more advanced equipment and then blast them with steam to remove...

Wings are the things...post your hot wing recipe here..

I cook the wings NAKED. No batter of any kind. If I wanted bread, I would eat bread. Fry the wings in 400 degree oil for 14 minutes. My favorite sauce is as follows: 1 part HOT CHILI OIL (This is the oil from the ground up peppers in Chinese restaurants. You can buy just the oil in Asian...

Harvey is as old as dust so he goes to bed early. If you sent him an email he will probably not see it until morning.

Dozier, I missed one of your replies above. We are not locked into any design. Anything that works better than what we have is more than welcome to take its place. The cider press is Basically what we have now only horizontal. We have guide channels for the wires already.

We are looking at everywhere in the future. Kenya has the most attention right now and anything related to Kenya gets everyone's attention. Then after Kenya gets this known, it is unlimited where it could go. We will get a building up as soon as we can. It is hard to do this while trying to pay...

We are working on trying to contact Bill Clinton. He is working on this exact thing right now but as you may have guessed, contacting a former President is not as easy as you would hope. There will be building code issues here in the states that we will have to figure out as things happen but...

Thinking out of the box WAY OUT

Thanks Murph, It is exciting. Thinking about the possibility to make a large impact on peoples lives is very exciting. Sure it is for simple, small structures but that is better than cardboard and it will help clean up the planet. Some of the people getting involved have already made great...

Help Design the perfect forge! Input needed...

The floor can be covered with Kitty Litter to become replaceable. The shelf would need to be a hard firebrick or Stainless Steel so it will not weld to your work. I like large doors that can be blocked off to create any size you want. The last forge I sold had a large door and I used two pieces...

thinking of building a forging furnace

Good idea BUT. With the cost of a $30 PID, a thermocouple and a 110V gas valve you could do the same thing (I think). For a forge it is nice to know what temp you are at so a PID that can open and close a gas valve will keep the temp constant to your setting. Simple to make and no computer...

etching machine??? who has made their own?

I have made a few and gave Chris Crawford the information he used to do a tutorial on my design. If you follow that, you will get a good machine. 12V is better than 25V, I don't remember what the tutorial says. Boss Dog has the same information and his version of the tutorial on his site also...
