Just a thought, I've seen some neat paracord bracelets with quick release buckles. Maybe one above & one below, and maybe a web backing. A watch fitted properly, watch on flat of forearm, keeps from spinning, so buckle on flat of wrist should cut down on spin, if not too loose. Anyway...
