Most used item used in your shop

Besides the basics of lights, grinder, and files, I would have to say popsicle sticks are the most used nonbasic tool in my shop.

    First knife ever.........WIP

You need to name that knife "Elbow Grease" I'm very impressed. For a first knife with almost no power tools, it's fantastic.

    copper and ebony

Just finished this one for a customer that wanted copper bolsters. 7 1/4" OAL with a 3 1/4" blade. The 5/32" 154cm blade was heat treated by Shawn at SDS Knifeworks. I didn't like the idea of using copper but I now like the way it looks with the ebony scales.

the process of the First Blood knife

How are you going to connect the handle to the tang? I'm kinda new at this knife thing but it looks like the short tang will limit the strength of the knife. I can't help but question the integrity of the connection between handle and blade.

    First post on Knife Dogs

Thought I would say hi by showing a pic of the latest knife I finished. It's my first skinner. It was a little different trying to get the curves of the profile to flow. The curves on a skinner are backwards from what I'm used to. This looks like a great site. I'll be soaking up the...
