You did a great job on the sheath......I know about the time dedicated to making sheaths like that and its time consuming for sure. I can put together 3 knives in the same time it takes me to do one sheath like that.......

After I finish with the 1"X42" sander, I go to sandpaper and then to sanding blocks.....It takes some work but that effort gets me to the buffer and I use white jewelers paste to polish the handle. I try to only get the material that will polish to a shine that I like.......
