The motor is actually a 1/2hp bench grinder I had laying around. I use the 1/3 craftsman motor strictly for the disc grinder.

I saw one somewhere were it was mounted in the tool arm holder on their grinder. I tried looking real quick but couldn't find a picture anywhere.

Those are both very good looking knives!!! I had a similar problem with 0 80 screws with the head stripping. I switched to 172 and haven't had a problem.

Ed caffrey has a great WIP down in his forum on a flipper he did to help with your stop pin issue. He uses a floating pin with the reliefs cut out in the liners. I also saw where Kit Carson said that he uses the thumb stud as his stop pin.

This is my third completed folder. It is a liner lock with .05" Ti. 416 SS bolsters and carbon fiber. The blade and back spacer are 1/8" 1080. The overall length is 6 5/8" and it is 3 7/8" closed. I think im gonna carry this one around for a while. All comments and critiques are welcome...
