For thumb serrations I use my band saw and mark them 1/8 apart and then the thickness of the band saw blade makes them right. I use a caliper to mark how deep to cut them so as to cut them about the same depth. It works great for me and Ruffin Johnson told me to do it this way and that was...

I am making a knife for a police officer and he wants a kydex sheath. Cananyone tell me someone that makes kydex sheaths for others? I very seldom need one or would learn how to do them or get my saddlemaker to learn since he does my other sheaths. Any help wourl be appreciated. percy

Here is one I finished a little while back. Beautiful mesquite in a nice mid lock folder. 3 1/2 inches closed. Let me know what you think. To me one of the most important things in a folder is the walk and talk. This one walks and talks like gran-dads did.
