Hi Jim. Beautiful blade. I love using 0-1. Just out of curiosity, have you had any rusting problems with 0-1 when you polish the blade like you did?

Well lets see. 13.5" aol. 1.6" wide. .25" thick 1095 steel. Hollow ground belly, flat ground swedge. Saw back milled with a 3/16 ball end mill down the center. Great for sawing...ripping....lateral chain link fence breaking etc.... I'm still trying to decide what color pattern to coat it. Ill...

Well I'm using o1 for now simply because I have tons of it. Soon and 1095 and d2 for blades ....s7 for the hawks I do. Duracoated On all blades done in house. The only thing I send out for is Waterjet. All grinding, machining, sheathing,coating and finishing done by me. Thx for the response man
